‍SMS Terms:
‍Property managers opt in by texting 1-(737) 688-0354. That number and the opt-in instructions are published at https://www.utilityprofit.com/sms-opt-in. The first reply asks the manager to reply YES before they are enrolled. By texting that number and replying YES, you agree to receive reply texts from Utility Profit, operated by B&Z Homes, Inc., about tenant utility setup. Utility Profit replies only to a message you send. A reply says whether utilities are set up, and includes account numbers only when you ask for them.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on how often you text. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not required to use Utility Profit.
