‍When you book a product walkthrough, we collect your full name, email address, telephone number, and basic information about you and your company.

When you text a Utility Profit phone number, we collect your phone number and the text of your message. If you ask about a tenant's utility setup, the reply can include whether that setup is complete and, only when you ask, the account numbers on that setup.

‍How We Use Your Information:
‍We use walkthrough information to schedule and manage your appointment and to contact you by email or phone about that appointment.

We use text messages only to reply to a question you sent, such as whether a tenant has set up utilities at a property. We send account numbers only when you ask for them in that conversation.

‍Text messages:
‍Property managers opt in by texting 1-(737) 688-0354. That number and the opt-in instructions are published at https://www.utilityprofit.com/sms-opt-in. Utility Profit sends a text only as a reply to a property manager who texted us first. The first reply asks them to reply YES before they are enrolled. Message frequency depends on the questions you send. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
