2. To qualify, your referee must sign up for Utility Profit and have at least one monetized move, where a tenant purchases internet or sets up a payable utility service.
3. Please allow 30 days from the time the partner activates on Utility Profit for the gift card payout. Activate defined as the first tenant purchase.
4. Note, this is for net new property management companies. You can not use the link internally within your company, say to refer the owner of the company you work at.
