Program Description

The Utility Profit Messaging program provides transactional SMS messages to tenants and home buyers regarding utility-related communications associated with a rental property or home purchase. Utility Profit (also referred to as Utility Wallet) sends messages on behalf of participating property managers or title companies to support utility services and move-in related communications.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-In

By signing a lease agreement or home purchase contract with a participating property manager or title company, users provide consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Utility Profit related to utility services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of this SMS program at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.
