Effortlessly remove a renter from a listing if their move-in falls through.

1. Navigate to the address you would like to remove the renter from:

2. Click into the address. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Utility Activation". This will remove the address and prevent the renter from receiving more communications.

This will remove both the renter and the addresses. Additionally it will enable this address to show up in the drop-down when renters search for their address, enabling other renters to get connected to the property.

Only use this feature if a renter did not move forward leasing the property.
