When a tenant uses your the Utility Profit tool to set up internet, that’s an activation. Once that first activation is confirmed, you’ll receive your $500 bonus within 14 days.

Most teams are set up within 15 minutes. You'll schedule a time with our onboarding team to sync with your property management software. Once it's set up, it runs in the background with no ongoing management required.

Yes. Property managers and tenants never pay to use Utility Profit. We make our money from the utility providers (internet, energy, etc.) who pay us when tenants set up service through our platform.

We run payouts through our auto pay using your account number and routing number. You'll be invited to connect your account when you're ready to start getting paid. If you're already connected in Routable, you will not need to do this step again.

The $500 bonus will be paid via pre-paid gift card, sent to your primary account administrator within 14 days of your first activation.
