When do PMs
get paid?

You can connect your bank account and transfer money at any time.

Your "Future Revenue" increases when utility companies pay their commission to Utility Profit. Check your Future Revenue in the "Summary" section.

How it works:

1. Renters buy services like the internet (generates rev) then your "Future Revenue" goes up.
2. Internet provider pays out 30-60 days after service begins. Your "Future Revenue" can now be transferred!
3. Connect your bank on Utility Profit.
4. Transfer the money to your bank! Future payouts are available with a click, no need to re-enter bank info.
