When addresses are
missing from the platform.

Addresses may be missing because the listing was never listed on your available rentals website. Or for whatever reason our sync did not catch that listing.

How it works:

1. In the "Synced Listings" section, on the top right side click the blue "+ Add Address" link.
2. In the Address window, search for a new address. If it has a unit, type it into the "Unit" field.
‍3. Then click "Submit" to add the address.

FAQs

Why did the address not automatically sync from my available rentals website?

There are 2 reasons. The first is the address may have been rented right before you onboarded to Utility Profit, so the listing would not have populated onto the Utility Profit platform.

The second reason is our sync sometimes doesn't catch an address that's listed on your website. We sync with your website every day, but sometimes an address may be missing the state code, or ZIP code, or maybe the unit is written in an unconventional way (units should be displayed after the street address, as "Unit 7").

Will everything still work like usual if I manually add an address?

Yes, tenants will be able to search it, and our system will be able to add the appropriate utilities like usual.

What happens if I don't add the address?

The address must exist in the Utility Profit platform for tenants to search and find it.
