Utility Profit connects directly to your Rent Manager account. Once it’s on, we import upcoming move-ins and reach out to new tenants before they arrive.
Open Available Integrations
In Rent Manager, search for “Available Integrations”.
Request activation
Search for Utility Profit and click “Request Activation”.
Add a primary contact
Enter a primary contact. That’s it.
After that there are no spreadsheets or reports to run. Utility Profit syncs with Rent Manager several times a day and only imports leases that make sense for utility setup: future move-ins, long-term leases, tenants with valid contact info. See Utility Profit in Rent Manager’s integrations.
